I have yet to find a better GF cupcake than lillabees. Although these boxed baked goods come with a bit more instruction then a normal GF baking mix, it is very well worth it. They are so moist, have a great texture and stay together very well. Their brownies are delicious, and I hear they are coming out with more products later this year. I made cupcakes from their muffin mix for my daughters birthday party (see the above pictures!) and even the people who didn’t have allergies really enjoyed them.
