Tinkyada pasta is probably the best gluten free rice pasta I have found. The texture and taste is very similar to “normal” pasta (or what I remember of it!). Most Tinkyada products are made with brown rice but a few come in white rice as well. I have tried numerous other rice pastas which come out mushy or just gross, but Tinkyada never disappoints. They come in many pasta varieties and every one has been great, with an exception of the “Little Dreams” kids pasta (always a bit mushy). My personal favorites are the Fusilli, Penne, and the Brown Rice Spinach Spaghetti. The cook time is usually around 15-17 minutes, and you can find these at most health food stores.
