Even writing this review is dangerous, because I am contemplating going to the store to buy another container of EatPastry’s Gluten-Free (and vegan!), chocolate chip cookie dough. You could say that I am addicted to this stuff. It comes in a round container full of cookie dough. It is so simple to make: put on cookie sheet and bake. But, even the raw cookie dough is delicious, and since it’s egg-free you don’t have to worry about eating raw cookie dough. When these come out of the oven, they are SO SO perfect. I highly recommend getting some cold almond milk to dip these bad boys into. If I had to say anything “negative” about them, I would say that after a few hours, they aren’t as good as right from the oven. If you haven’t tried this, it’s a must for GF cookie lovers.
