Katz Bagels

Before I was GF, I was a bagel connoisseur. I knew my bagels and I loved them. Since being gluten-free, the bagels I have tried have been basically bread in the shape of a bagel, and I never even bought them again. Then I finally gave Katz’s Gluten-Free Bagels a try, and I am even at this moment, craving one. I tried the Poppy Seed, Sesame Seed, and of course, the Everything bagel.

As you can see, these bagels are packed with toppings, which is my favorite part about these.  In my opinion, every bagel should be well toasted, and spread generously with the topping of your choice.  These bagels are a bit dense, and at first I thought maybe they were too dense, but the more I ate them, the more I changed my mind on that and the more I began to crave the thicker texture.  The bagels stayed together nicely and didn’t fall apart at all. Ok, I can’t even finish writing this because I have to eat a bagel now…
